I created YourTech Angel to bring personalised, in-home tech support to those who need a patient, trustworthy expert — especially seniors and anyone who feels left behind by today’s fast-changing technology.
From setting up iPhones and Apple Watches to sorting out iCloud, backups, passwords, and smart TVs, I offer hands-on, jargon-free help. I’m also here to guide you through everyday tech tasks like managing subscriptions, comparing internet plans, or securely using services like online banking and MyGov.

I reached out to Mikki from YTA, as I was having problems with all my Apple devices talking together and mail/calendars not syncing. Mikki was available and at my door pronto! all sorted in less than 2 hours, while she was here I asked if she knew anything about Apple TV as it was not working either - No problems with that as well. IMPORTANT INFORMATION RE: PRICING
Currently I only support certain areas in SE QLD for home visits, unless otherwise arranged by phone confirmation.
I am unable to fix hardware issues, ie: broken screens, water damage etc.
A percentage of all profits is donated to MND QLD
